The new VOYAH Dreamer makes a stunning debut, with Huawei Kunpeng Intelligent Driving technology leading the new trend in MPVs

EVReader, September 23, 2024 – The new VOYAH Dreamer has officially been launched, with a total of 8 configuration models available, priced between 329,900 and 449,900 yuan. As the first MPV equipped with Huawei Kunpeng Intelligent Driving ADS 3.0 and HarmonyOS cockpit, the new VOYAH Dreamer has reached new heights in both intelligence and comfort.

The exterior design of the new vehicle has been meticulously adjusted, particularly in the front section. While the polygonal front grille contour remains unchanged, the mesh adopts 34 chrome-plated decorative strips of varying thicknesses arranged in a dense vertical waterfall pattern, creating a unique visual effect. The “L”-shaped chrome-plated decorative strips on both sides of the front bumper extend inward and connect at the bottom, further enhancing the overall sense of the front end.

The side and rear designs maintain the original elegant lines. The rear is equipped with electric sliding side doors and a hidden sliding rail design, which is both aesthetically pleasing and practical. The rear end features a top spoiler, adding a touch of sportiness to the vehicle. In terms of size, the new vehicle offers multiple options to cater to the needs of different consumers.

The Kunpeng version is one of the highlights of the new VOYAH Dreamer. It adopts the Huawei Kunpeng ADS 3.0 intelligent driving solution and is equipped with 27 intelligent sensing hardware components, including a 192-line lidar, millimeter-wave radars, and high-definition cameras. These hardware components enable the new vehicle to achieve NOA navigation in cities and highways without maps, intelligent parking assistance, and over 20 active safety features, providing drivers with comprehensive intelligent protection.

In terms of interior design, the new Dreamer introduces two new color schemes: Cloud Gray and Wood Apricot, offering more choices for consumers. The central control and co-pilot screens are connected, replacing the old triple-screen layout. The single screen size reaches 15.4 inches, providing passengers with a wider field of view and a more convenient control experience. Additionally, the new vehicle is equipped with a 10.25-inch suspended full-LCD instrument panel, a 29-inch AR-HUD head-up display, and two 50-watt wireless charging panels for mobile phones, further enhancing the technological feel and practicality inside the vehicle.

In terms of intelligence, the new VOYAH Dreamer adopts the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8295P cockpit chip and is equipped with the Huawei HarmonyOS cockpit. The vehicle interface features a new UI design, with a 3D vehicle control as the main interface, supporting functions such as split-screen interaction, four-zone voice control, AI voice, AI large model, multi-screen interaction, various scenario modes, and voyah share (mobile phone screen projection to the central control screen). The navigation function has also been upgraded, providing practical features such as lane-level navigation rendering, traffic light countdown, green wave lanes, and navigation split-screen.

Furthermore, the new vehicle is equipped with a rich array of comfort and convenience features. The central armrest box contains a 13-liter in-vehicle cooling and heating refrigerator, providing refrigeration from -6°C to 15°C and heating from 30°C to 50°C. The refrigerator can be opened from the rear and features dual-door interlocking and 24-hour off-vehicle insulation. The new vehicle adopts a 2+2+3 seven-seat layout, with the first two rows of seats supporting heating, ventilation, memory, and 10-point massage functions. The second row of seats is equipped with 4-way adjustable leg rests and hidden small tables. The third row of seats also supports electric adjustment and heating functions. The rear cabin is equipped with a 17.3-inch 3K entertainment screen, providing passengers with a richer entertainment experience.

In terms of power, the new vehicle is equipped with the third-generation VOYAH Sea power system, with a combined output power of 420 kW. The acceleration time from 0-100 km/h is only 5.9 seconds, demonstrating strong dynamic performance. At the same time, the new vehicle is matched with a 43 kWh battery pack, with a pure electric range of 235 km under CLTC conditions and a combined range of 1,411 km. The CLTC combined fuel consumption per 100 kilometers is only 5.42 liters under low battery conditions, showing excellent fuel economy. Additionally, the new vehicle continues to adopt a front double wishbone + rear five-link suspension and is equipped with an air suspension with “magic carpet” function + CDC electromagnetic damping. The new vehicle also features an external power supply function, with a maximum external power supply time of over 40 hours.
